If it was new, it's BS that the law doesn't apply. So I go buy a 70K truck from C5Bullet in TX and drive it back to LA and the injector pump falls out 3X and the manufacturer won't lemon law it? |

The car is fixed according to GM. I have already seen the ugly side of GM when it comes to getting the car fixed under warranty. Their words were "We are obligated to fix any warranty item which is deemed warrant-able." In other words, grease up because we are sliding it in time and time again. I wanted a noise looked at in the engine, NORMAL. I knew what it was but wanted it fixed under warranty. The isolator for the blower rattles. This is a known problem on the LSA engines, GM went with a cheap isolator instead of a solid isolator. The LS9 has a solid one, imagine that. I know any warranty repair I need will be an uphill battle. I call it passive aggressiveness on GM's part. They are going to make me pay for buying a car they screwed up. Same mentality GM has had for years. Until they pull their heads out their asses they will drive the company right back to where it was a few years back. Do I feel guilty about someone else buying the car? No. The car is still in great shape but with the normal GM do nothing issues. |

It is amazing what learn when all of a sudden your are in a lemon situation and want to be rid of the problem. It was shocking to see how GM treated me after they found out the car didn't fall under the Indiana Lemon Law. Speaks volumes for how well the new GM does. |

It's BS that they wouldn't take it back. It's not like you changed your mind. You wanted the car to be right and not have to go through all this BS. I have concerns about GM and esp. spending 70K on a CTS-V. This thread doesn't help their case. |
