To answer to OP, she probably had one before she went on maternity leave, but when she came back she was reclassified to a part-time State Department position, and worked for the Clinton Foundation, and was paid personally by Hillary, and I think one other income source. You could not hold any sort of high-level security clearance in that circumstance. So, essentially, she may have had one for awhile, but not the entire time she was essentially copying and archiving every one of Hillary's emails to Wiener's laptop.

Trump will win with 300+ electoral votes, including Ohio, North Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Nevada. Likely Wisconsin and possibly Michigan too, and Minnesota is in play.

Just more evidence the American educational system and the American people have gotten dumber. The fact she had enough emails that indicated "Pay for Play" and that 5 FBI offices have been held back from full blown investigations would outrage anyone.

Then add in her and her staffs repeated failure to follow the laws on handling f secure documents we have a enough evidence to show she should not be dog catcher let along president.

Then with her campaign of "Free shit" for everyone and we know we are doomed since the majority of Americans are net takers
