Default Predictions for tonight's debate...
These are actually Newt Gingrich's, but I agree:

1. Lester Holt will be pleasant and work hard to be fair.

2. Hillary Clinton will be stiff and awkward, and her efforts to be folksy will make her appear to be even more stiff and clumsy.

3. Donald Trump will start slow and be tentative but will gain strength and energy rapidly.

4. The audience will be the largest in political TV.

5. Trump will pass the test of being adequately competent and will get a big boost in acceptability.

BUT, judging from the volume of folks/crowds attending various rabble rousing events....Trump fills an NFL stadium, and dozens/hundred PRO/PAIDtesters.....and Klinton gets ignored in a HS gym.....
