Default Ground has been broken!
We purchased this land last summer after looking for a few years. Could never find what I wanted, but when this one came up, I jumped on it. 10 acres with 422' frontage, stone walls and an old fire pond. Really nice level building spot out front with lots of woods out back. Can finally build a shooting range out back! Anyway, builder started digging for the footings today

It's still frozen here too. I'm in Barrington and the property is only about a 1/2 hour north of here. My wife asked me not to divulge the location, I guess she thinks the people I associate with are hoodlums or sumptin!
