That's why I am thinking of selling my '70 'vette. I'm sitting here with my arthritic left knee swollen, so I haven't driven the car in about 5 weeks. So, I feel you.

ME 2 uncle arthurongus in left knee but years ago I put in a 200 4r for the o/drive.....and manage to use my left foot for brakes....my knee acted up for a while a couple months ago, got normal for a while, now back again....
