Default Eff UPS, they suck the hind teat

Ordered a Mantic Triple-Disc, all items were shipped last Monday, JAN 16.
Two of three boxes, the flywheel and slave were deliverd on Saturday--clutch not delivered.
Have tracked all packages since shipping date, NONE were ever updated, am unable to get ANY information for the not-yet-delivered clutch.

ups sucks hairy nutzsacks, NO ONE at this shitarse company is allowed to answer customer calls, they have a ZERO LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They do not give a flying **** if you have an issue, they only care that you have paid full-price for their shitty service.

It is impossible to get anyone at this HUGELY POS company on the phone, they and FedEx must have hourly hairy ballz sucking session, as they sure as hell do not go to work to work.

had same issue around X-MAS with a set of Pot/ Pans wife bought. Ended up "lost" by UPS. Have vendor/ supplier who shipped run a trace of claim

This tilted the scale!!
In the future, if within 1,000 miles, I am driving to pick my shit up, as I need to get out more to calm my blood pressure, and need to re-hone my interstate driving skills, which have slipped from 99% competency, down to 98.999999999999999%.

Still no updates, thankfully this is not slowing the reconstruction of my beast!!

Got my ported and polished blower coming via FedEx this week, hopefully Fed****Us can do a better job than UPSuckstheirnutz!!

Buy yourself a van and make a few deliveries on your way to make a few extra bucks.

Here they think it is delivered dropping it at the gate over a 1/4 mile away.

UPS lost a set of hubs for a friend's 115 year old Indy car. Originals. LOST. Guy ended up spending thousands of dollars on patterns and tooling to try to re-make them from scratch. He was successful, and almost done with the set, when UPS found them in a corner of a UPS office half-way across the US. (They were sent from CA to CA). He got them back, after I think 9 or 10 months. Was not compensated in any way, IIRC.

You guys that need binoculars to carry on a security vigil in your own front yards make me envious. I LOVE open space. That's why I go to the desert all the time. Yep, that's how it is here.

I don't really have problems with UPS, although trying to call them to straighten something out is near impossible -- as the OP noted.

When I was running my business they would be dropping stuff off 1-2 times a week and I got to know the drivers quite well. Some of them liked to yak about my big-titted neighbor, lol imagine that.

They would rotate shifts/routes every few years so there would be a new guy, but the guy now has been on this route for 5 or more years.

Fed Ex, horrible around here as was USPS, but the Post Office is getting a bit better after tons of complaints for years.

My update:

The vendor advised at time of sale the product may be shipped from Australia, direct to me, advised it would be not be a delay, as does such each month and 10 days max delivery time.

As stated earlier, I had tracking numbers for all three boxes on JAN 16, but no updates, two have arrived, the clutch from AUT has never updated any status on their site.

Well, I parted the Red Sea, finally got a ups suckarse employee on the phone, he confirmed they have the package, it was accepted for delivery on JAN 16 from manufacturer in AUT.
He than advised it may take up to four weeks to be delivered, the vendor advised ten days max.
While talking to this moron, I went to their site, entered the shipper's address and my home address, four different options available, the longest delivery time was seven days.
I advised the moron of this, he then explained the package would be scanned somewhere at a china hub, and then again at Ted Stevens, he actually said Alaska, I did not mind schooling him.
He also advised US Customs always wants to get paid, even if the shipper paid US Fees at time of pickup.
I advised if this is what your company does, they should be familiar with the process, and the customer should not suffer delays.
I then simply asked the moron to provide where my clutch kit was, he said 'enroute for delivery'.

Eff that ahole, I called the vendor, he apologized, he said he would call get a status, and call me back in no more than fifteen minutes.
He was true to his word, claims duty was paid by shipper, he paid it again--will not charge me, as it was at Ted Stevens, and I would have on Monday, JAN 30, and here is the very first status update on ups site:
