The whole story of what Pence found is not being shown. He and Biden should be held to the same standard, in lieu of this.
Pence said in August that he'd have no reason to have classified documents at his home in an unsecured place. Not long after the Biden investigation became public, they found "a small amount of documents" that were marked. His attorney contacted the National Archives, the FBI directly requested them three days later. You can argue the differences in the Trump thing. What is clear is they all mishandle them routinely and this continuing "norm" that is developing is going to absolve them of even the wrist slap Gen. Petraeus got. Meanwhile, different agencies are going to be required or requested to provide minders to sift through mishandled documents before electeds leave office. I've already heard this kind of nonsense from different staff. You know instead follow the laws from the start... Also, check out this EO about whom can classify and declassify docs.
