The people in my office prefer I don't do that....makes the impromptu farting contest and unfair advantage for me.

My wife has been doing the meal prep deal for a couple years now, and the eggs in a muffin tin has become a staple,
Today's lunch was some bbq ground turkey stuff with baked cabbage.

Yeah, cabbage is at least as bad as eggs for me.

Get a muffin tray, spray some non-stick stuff on it or butter it or whatever. Chop up whatever veggies you want and mix with some scrambled eggs and pour some of the mixture into each cup in the tray. Bake and you have little mini omelettes for each day.
This.

My last batch was bacon/cheese and sausage/cheese.

I separate them into freezer bags and toss in the freezer. Grab them in the morning for work. Takes 30 seconds in the microwave to heat them. Add a little dash of tapatio.

Ya but he has a sub-par bench press. I'll just chest bump him from behind a dumpster.

Benched 315 for a triple on Saturday, couple singles at 335 and 385 with reverse bands @ 52 years old.

Hey, we're talking lifetime achievements here. 10.2 was the only time my speed was ever recorded. I was a wrestler they didn't normally time our runs. My best bench was 310# when I weighed 195#. My best leg press was 1000# 8 reps. I did leg press 750# 25 times on a bet, when I stood up I promptly passed out.

Today I'd run circles around you! That's just cause my left foot and leg never fully recovered from my herniated disc and I can only run in circles now.

I can also give you rations of shit since you live all the way in Cunukistan

lulz; I never talk about anything I did "back in the day". But funny I am for the most part stronger now than I have ever been (except bench due to ruining my shoulders).

Anyway I can't run and never have been able to. I was crippled as a kid and likely will be again at some point due to a fugged up hip. I had to wear leg braces for 2 years and walk with crutches. So yeah; running isn't anything I've ever been able to do.

Anyway; I think we hi-jacked the living **** out of this thread enough.
