Anyway, I can usually make it 6 plus hours before I got to get up and go.
That's about my regular sleep routine anyway.
I had prostate cancer and surgical removal 11 years ago. Peeing is normal except it's harder to hold it when the time comes.

Have you tried Kegel Exercises, or does the removal not allow that to work?
(Its not just for females)

Oh yeah, went through all that and still do them.

The problem is that the main sphincter muscle is attached to the prostate, so that all comes out. There is still some muscle in the bladder along with the pelvic floor muscles.

When the bladder is getting topped off then you have to find someplace to pee fairly quickly, but the sensation of the bladder filling up is still there, so the sensation is what wakes me up some mornings when I end up having to go.

I sometimes pee without getting up from bed....(not really)...

I was up literally every 1/2 hour nightly (its really a "quality of life" issue at this frequency) until I had the TURP procedure done for BPH, now its once or twice a night.

A nerve was struck, apparently. Bruze is a straight up guy and not one to bullshit. At least not in my opinion.
Joking about somebody's cancer is pretty insensitive, so I can see the anger.

Those are typically for pelvic floor issues.

After getting treated for bladder cancer, I went from 3 times/night to zero, unless I'm really hitting the liquids.
