Should boobs continue to be illegal to display in public?

Obviously I'm referring to places where this is so, not to places which have legalized the displaying of boobs.

And before someone posts up a picture of moobs, or of a species of bird, I'm referring to human female mammaries.

I have no objections, but I would really like to be able to determine which ones I must view.

In fact, I think we should make it a law that certain boobs MUST be uncloaked, like the ones in your avatard.

Those are a photo edit......or some injection plastic got away from common sense....

there should be a law against displaying saggy granny titties & violators should be severely punished. the perky/bouncy/etc. ones should receive an income tax credit for $100 per breast each year up until the age they turn into granny titties.
