Cam boot, crutches, no script just Tylenol, elevate, weight bearing but limit to only with the boot and as little as possible. No surgery, it's a neck talus fracture, should heel by itself.....My wife is not the type to sit.....

Most pieces of exercise equipment become laundry folding tables or drying racks
Personally I prefer walking on the boardwalk 2 to 4 miles a day looking at the ocean

For last few months my wife has been monitoring her sugar level, using a CGM sensor. We've learned how much exercise helps to reduce the level quickly. This new treadmill was just one more thing to help, giving her easy walking access in the colder weather.

With some minor diet and exercising the average numbers just keep going down.

Now, a little set back for a bit.....

I’ve converted a third floor bedroom into a workout room. All the goods! With tv/music/bike/mats/row/weights/etc.

She just bought this more portable type to use in other rooms.
This was the first time on it. She agrees it’s all her fault…

I’ll slide it under the couch for now! 😆
