Seriously, Steve, one thing you will notice here is we have some female moderators who do quite a fine job. (as do the men). Over at CF, I notice the mods are pretty much a boy's club. And a majority of them seem to be either retired from or active in the law enforcement business. The moderators here are more diverse and seem to be smart enough to know that many problems work themselves out without much intervention.
