Grew up in MI and can do the cold thing. What's hard for me is the days/weeks without any sunshine. Just grinds on me...

I spent 40 minutes on the Deere blowing 6” of snow at 10 degrees yesterday. No can. Pretty cool what the right gear can do. I despise the cold. Snow is fine. A few years back I finally said F it and bought the best coat, boots, gloves, thermal layer that I could research/find. I’m now very comfortable working in the cold

You can do 20 minutes of -60F without a problem if you're dressed right and try to breath slow. Give that air some time to warm up before it hits your lungs.

Grew up in Pennsylvania and used to go skiing in New England. Actually liked cold weather but as I got older I liked it less and less. Moved to Florida five years ago and now the only ice I ever see is in my drink

This. I lived in Upstate NY for over a decade. I loved the area, and the snow, and still connect with some great folks who still live there nearly 30 years later. But the blue sky days were far apart and few, especially during the winter.

Last month we saw -14F here, but the skies were blue- "Carolina Blue".

Been a cold month here. Snow usually is gone in a few days, most certainly from the streets. Streets have had snow now for 3 weeks. We will get above freezing for a couple days starting Wednesday.
