So the landlord just said Kerry and I have 30 days to get out. Just because the neighbor, who is her best friend, offered me oatmeal raisin cookies and I thanked her and declined them since I do not like oatmeal raisin cookies. The landlord says I was rude for refusing them.

Are you current on your rent? If so tell him to **** off. Any landlord trying to evict paying tenants right now is crazy

Tell the landlord you’re so allergic to raisins that eating one could kill you and you declined the cookies to protect them from a wrongful death lawsuit.

Had dinner last Saturday at our favorite Spanish place. Seated outdoors on their large patio. Server did not have mask or gloves but the food runners from the kitchen had both.

we've been out to dinner 5 times since they opened and every restaurant is different... which is strange because to open up, they have to submit a plan to the county health dept and you'd think it would at least be similar.

The story is exactly as I said.The neighbor is her best friend of 40 years. This "incident" happened 2 weeks ago. We have since spoken and everyone was nice. If the neighbor was home I'd go speak to her.

I still haven’t put a mask on. Our waitress tonight asked if we wanted her to wear one. I said hell no, we’re not wearing one to eat and you don’t need to wear one to serve us. She thanked me and then took really good care of us. She got a good tip.

I bought four USA American Flag/Camo masks for air travel. Haven't used them yet but if I do, I know the US Flag + Camo = Butthurt Trump Haters

The only time I have worn a mask is when I needed to go to my doctors office which is in the hospital here on the island. To enter the building you had to have some sort of mask, answer their questions at the entrance and let them check you for a fever.
