55” in the bedroom and we gave our daughter our 65” when we bought the 75” for the basement.

Only issue I had with kitchen appliances was getting matching microwave that costs a fortune that had shitty reviews only because it matched. No issues with anything so far but like I said it’s only been a smidge over two years.

I refused to get anything but a Bosch DW after the last one lasted 16 yrs.

Club is pretty much fully booked for tomorrow. This time of year is prime time and with the expanded spacing on tee times it means fewer times available. Did you look at Oak Marsh or Amelia River?

Might be getting a new roof.

I guess they make a new steel reinforced shingle I'll probably upgrade to. Current roof survived three massive hail storms with the Malarkey shingle. But she's pretty rough and a replacement would be covered "mostly" by insurance (not the upgrade costs).

Last one was $30k. Any guesses what a new-fangled shingle at today's prices, but with reduce labor costs due to COVID might cost?

I don't have an estimate yet but I'm guessing the same amount as original.
