That aside, I can't see why ICE can't continue unabated just based on the US Title code or article 212(f) of the immigration laws, where this clown has no jurisdiction.

I think these judges are on the take or drunk with their perception of their own power.

I think Trump should move ahead with the deportations and let them fight him on Executive Privilege grounds:

Beat them. Legally. Shut them the hell up permanently, not temporarily. Don't set the precedent of firing everybody who is on the other side. All that's going to do is swing back the other way when the other side has the chance to do it, and they absolutely will get that chance at some point. Set the precedent that laws will be followed, illegal is illegal, and your political opinion doesn't override that.
