There's no way in hell he should be paid more than POTUS and absolutely no way he should be worth that much unless he saved every penny, lived like Scrooge and bought only bare necessities, and had a great *legal* money manager.

You dunno ONE major living cost point about that NIH/Bethesda Md. region.....the FREMINDOUS cost of living increase since espicially the time some 40+ years ago that he started at NIH......so he probably started at say 75k/year........today to keep that same purchasing power, 450k does not cover it for same standard of living.....BUT his house near enough to NIH today is many megs......
