Why bother if they know their days are numbered? I think they'd just be glad it's almost over.

Last time I talked to my dad (a week ago) he said he's been sick since he got the jab (4 years?). He sounds really bad. This is the guy who told me "I used to think you were smart" and to stop coming to visit after saying I wasn't getting vaccinated. I left him alone and he came to his senses a year later asking me to come visit again, and I did.

But none of that matters to his situation now. Nothing does.

Can't say I wasn't concerned about that but we're not a touchy feely kind of family. I keep my distance from people and am big on washing hands. The only one in my family who always wanted a hug (and got them) disowned us all. Figure that one out.

Interesting about the tobacco thing. I've used it in all its forms for >50 years and do seem to get less sick than others around me. Never took off work for the sniffles so I assume everyone else is just a bunch of slackers. We were allotted a certain number of sick days per year, many used them all every year. Sucks to be them I guess.

Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t trust the pharmaceutical companies who won’t sell their products unless they have total immunity from liability and intentionally hid the injuries suffered during the minimal safety studies they conducted, followed by going to court in an effort to hide all of the evidence for 75 years.

Something tells me that would be a terrible idea, to put it mildly.

During the covid insanity, I rode with an employee about a week after he had gotten a shot. He was then sick for a few days, but, a week later, said he was fine. I rode with him for about an hour each way, and yup, a couple days later, I was sick for a couple days. Had to be the spike protein shedding.
