In the 25 years I was in automotive repair law enforcement in CA, 90% of the 'bad guys' were Indians. They're morals and culture are different than ours. They figure it's ok to cheat, and if you get caught, you simply pay the fine and continue cheating. They don't feel bad about ripping people off at all. Or good. It's just normal survival mode.
