I don't see this happening here in NM with our current Governor. We do have concealed by permit only (which I have).

I'm kind of on the line with constitutional. With the exception of felons, this simply allows "anyone" to carry and this is not a good idea.

Too many South Park Jimbo's not on any radar without a brain in their stupid heads walking around without reason or accountability.

Remember a few years back, I think in Florida maybe with a Stand your ground? A couple pulled into a convenience store and parked in a handicapped space. Some ahole made an issue of it harassing the woman in the car while her husband went inside and came back out confronting him and the idiot shot him?

I wonder whever happened with that?

skipping over facts is easy for a lib. He purchased the gun legally. What he did has nothing to do with carrying legally because it was an act of premeditated murder (well, officially charged as manslaughter).

So, what i get from your statement and lack of knowledge of the situation is you want to deny everyone their 2A right as part of the convicted felon's punishment. Stay where you are and never come to FL for any reason....

NH is , where I believe you came from, is the perfect example. Along with VT, which has been CC for centuries , and ME all have very low homicide rates.

To his defense, we’ve had many, many decades of government planned economic decline, with welfare leading the charge. Subsidizing idiots and taxing intelligent, productive citizens, to pay for it, has created a different America than the one our Constitution was written for.

I still support the Constitution wholeheartedly, including the natural right to self defense, enumerated in the second amendment. But felt the distinction noteworthy.

I did not say it was a bad idea, I said I'm not a fan of it. And I do agree with Vite that Constitutional carry can be just fine depending on where you live.

New Mexico is not one of these areas.

So if the next topic is constitutional driver rights, so that no one needs a driver's license, would anyone that favored some basic education on the matter be considered a liberal?
Maybe both guns and cars should be completely unregulated, then if someone ****s up with either one, they'll be prohibited from owning or using them. That would probably work out fine.
