Flexo is a good guy who provides generally good, interesting, and, should it matter, non political content. I don't know why some of you make him feel so unwelcome here.

I wish he'd post here more often, but I guess maybe after they moved they've been busy settling in to the new pad.

IF is a lifestyle where you limit your eating to a small period of the day. The idea is by fasting for most of the day you give Autophagy a chance to kick in.
