I would. I refuse to wear one. At work they provide face shields. I hate it too, but need the income. People need to stop being afraid of everything. This has been going on since September(?) and I have not worn a mask or social distanced. No Covid here. I even worked next to someone that claimed she had it. Still didn't get it.

That was exactly what I came up with at dinner. Cup with a straw no matter where I go. Maybe vodka and orange juice for effect.

So my mom has been religiously masking. Today she told me that she was in the store longer than usual and was starting to have some anxiety. My mom has never had an anxiety attack in her life. It's not her nature. She said she had to get out of there. The exit is two doors, then a short distance to two more doors. She went through the first two and tore the mask off and caught her breath and some jackass gave her a dirty look because she wasn't outside yet. I'm never around when the fun stuff needs to happen.

Anyway, my mom is just not like that. Not claustrophobic or anxious or anything, but I think your body and mind, when made to do things that are not natural for you, will let you know there is a limit. For her, this order could not have come at a worse time.

Suffice it to say that they are cooking the numbers like crazy. All the "surge in new cases" can be accounted by the changes in accounting in just 9 counties in the entire country. ****ery is afoot, and it's obvious to anyone paying attention in the least. They lied to us about flattening the curve being all they wanted, they lied to us about new cases, about COVID-19 deaths, about basically everything. The job doesn't make you an automatic expert in the field. Maybe better tools, but that's no guarantee you can use them.

Someone without a need for a high school diploma working a job to get by vs someone with 6-8 years of post-grad education, numerous years of residency, continual yearly education, ext. I agree, being a healthcare provider does make you an expert epidemiologist, but it does makes you a hell of a lot more qualified to discuss the field than people who just list to MSM.

I was addressing the disagreement among the "experts" as well as the experts just being plain-ass wrong.

A person can go to a doctor for the same issue and receive the same treatment for years and suddenly change doctors and POOF, all better.

Experts, like Fauci for example" haven't been in the trenches in decades. I'm guessing MANY real life experiences with positive results exist that he has no concept of.
