Been trying to stop in here and there.

Work has been super busy. Implementation of new system. Go live is December. Reinventing how we are doing parallel testing and how we’re going to do training. All of it is pretty much going to be 100% remote.

December is not on time. We were supposed to go live in August.

But I get what you’re saying. We’ll be as ready as we can be in December.

Luckily, my team is already on this system. We did a partial implementation in 2016 for one medical/hospital group that falls under the region my team is in charge of. So, my team has been working in this system (EPIC) since then. The rest of my region is now going live, as well as the rest of the finance related departments. Long story short, my team already knows this software like the back of their hands, thankfully.

My team is working in two systems right now, so they are actually looking forward to the go live because they’ll only have to support one system. The old system (GE Centricity Business) will become the legacy system that they will only have to refer to occasionally.
