I had forgotten about those condom machines on bathroom walls..

I wonder if they still have them?

When I was a kid I had asked my dad for a quarter when I was with him at a bar one time, when he asked what for and I told him I wanted to buy one of the toys from the machine in the bathroom.. he busted out laughing..

Funhouse Pizza on 350 Highway in Raytown, Missouri still has them, and they are stocked.

Lots of places in Missouri have them, especially any sort of big gas station/truck stop. Plenty of restaurants/clubs/bars have them too.

In any given state, there are some bizarre laws. Rarely if ever are they actually enforced, more of a curiosity. A few years ago Missouri did away with a bunch of them in a single piece of legislation if I remember correctly.
