I went outside a while ago for some fresh air.....boy, was it fresh! -29C tonight.....I lasted about 10 minutes.

Big day of doing not much of anything. Raiders are playing tonight, it's pretty much down to must win time for them. The wife is over at the community clubhouse hosting her quilting club. They are making quilts for the fire survivors in our county. Someone is bringing pulled pork for lunch there, so I'll go over there for that.

Next door neighbor just gave me a blueberry pie (he makes great pies) he had left over from a pot luck at his church.

Soujnds like a slow day....same here. Just did a little shopping and gave the old boy some apple pie with cheddar on top.

....great day.

Drove clear across town in a damn snow storm to the hosp. for an eye appt. She tells me it's not until tomorrow? Date on my appt. notice says Dec.18. I showed it to the receptionist and she tells me he doesn't even work on Mondays...WTF?.....great, now I get to do it all over again tomorrow, the 19th.

Damn propane tanks went dry tonight. House was getting pretty frosty.

Called the company and got someone out of bed to come deliver some tonight. This should NEVER happen! They're supposed to automatically fill it with their computer analysis of usage.

Meanwhile I have the oven on and open and a fan in front keeping the old boy from freezing.

Did I tell you how much I love winter......
