Default New rotors

Bought new rotors from TPS Motorsports about a month ago. Just installed them this week. Took a few pics while the car is on jack stands to clean underneath.

The black around the hat will disappear once the car is driven.

Don't know. Haven't driven the car since the rotors were installed. Put the car on jack stands to wash underneath and install rotors. Probably be another week or so before I drive the car.

I bought rotors similar to yours & Hawk pads. I haven't installed them yet though.

Looks nice ! I just went the NAPA cheepie route...$145. for rotors and metallic pads.Got me through two HPDE weekends and rotors still good enough for back-up. Pads were toast...never to do over one weekend on a set again. BTW...How you been ?

Decided to give these a try. Never used slotted before. Plan to see if the old rotors can be turned so I will have a spare set.Been doing okay. As long as I'm looking down and not up I will not complain. Hope you and the better half are doing okay.I haven't decided what events I plan to attend at VIR, but will let you know in case you want to go.

Be prepared for massive amounts of dust as the anodizing wears off.

Thanks for taking the time to comment. Still deciding if I want to paint the center RED as I did the old ones. A hard day at the track really burns the devil out of the paint.

I really like the looks of the black. The zinc ones I have are looking a little long in the tooth, but you sure can't go wrong with black. Hmmmmm. . .

No pics yet. Will probably be a few weeks before I have the car back on the road. Have decided to try the red covers and see what they look like and how they function. Will take pics once I have all the parts.
