We've seen that here on the island several times. It appears to be pretty well built. No clue what car skeleton is underneath it.

Not for long.

I've walked around it and looked at it up close. It's well done. It's hard to tell what it's built on, but I'm guessing a small (S-10 or similar) pickup or SUV-type vehicle.
