When I think of spelunker, I assume someone is talking about crawling through some narrow uncharted stuff. That would be a hell no.

But well-lit cave tours are pretty cool. Linville Caverns near me is pretty amazing. There's some water features in there that no one has been able to find the depth.

Went to one in Runaway Bay, Jamaica that was well-lit and very cool. Almost like an amphitheater.

We're going to Mammoth next week.

This pains me, but I have to agree with Yaddy when it comes to "discovering" a cave.

We did Harrison's cave in Barbados and it was pretty freaking cool. My wife took tons of photos, but these are some from the interweb.

I was hooked after visiting Mitchell Caverns near Bullhead City, Ca. It was my first experience with a very knowledgeable park ranger. Ever Park I have visited has had top notch Rangers giving tours.

I’m always on the lookout when traveling. Came across the Grand Canyon Caverns on Route 66 on my way to Carlsbad. I hiked up from the bottom of Carlsbad for a little exercise. That was top on my bucket list.

Went up to Knoxville last year on a family trip for granddaughter’s gym meet. Ruby Falls was pretty cool. Perfect place for a family picture.

The closest to me is Lost River Caverns in Hellertown PA.
