Default Restaurant in Philly called "discriminatory" for $100 orders; dress code
So a steakhouse in Philly is being labeled "discriminatory" because they:

A. Require $100 orders
B. Have a strict dress code


So nowadays running a fancy restaurant is "discriminatory"? Every single day this country sinks deeper into the abyss.

We're doomed. Please explain how being selective with clientele is "discriminatory"?

I doubt their target clientele cares or that it will hurt their business any. It might help their business.

Oh, definitely agreed.

It's more the idea that people suddenly come out of the Woodwork to label this as "discriminatory" and soon...racist. Wait for it.

If this restaurant loses, it will be a HUGE payday for us unvaccinated people. Discrimination laws used to only apply to the protected recognized categories. The moment they branch out away from those protected groups, every business treating the masked vs unmasked or vaccinated vs unvaccinated, differently, will expose themselves to litigation.

I'm waiting to see how many places here in Jacksonville get this label. Some of the places here in the Riverside area are getting pricey, have a dress code, and it's in the middle of hipster-woke central. This should be fun to watch.
