Default Neck pain.
There is nothing worse then/than waking up with a sore neck from sleeping wrong.
Ruins my day and gives me a headache.
It runs from the back of my head to the base of my neck on the right side(my right not yours).

Any quick solutions?

No, they are just loaded with caffeine, take about 4 advil or ibuprofen.

Ice pack for 15 min and a Goody powder. I live with that pain from having too many wrecks in Patrol cars.

Should hat attended Summit Point driving school, not that podunk training you went to......


as for the neck aches....they are correct, Ibuprofen is probably the best short term solution and pray you don't have/starting arthritis....that would truly suck, mine showed first in my wrists, but strangely NOW, them and ankles are about the only joint without pains...go figger....

Despite my smartass response above, I feel for ya. I have recurring problems with my neck and I've never found anything that helps. I just have to wait it out.
