Default Work is gonna get interesting now.....
I have been employed as a PM in my current architectural office for 10 years. I have witnessed my boss and his wife going thru a nasty divorce for the past two years.

So...the owner and my boss died on Monday of a heart attack and the company has no written succession plan in place that we know. The funny thing is, he never changed his will in two years and the wife stands to inherit everything including the company.

The immature 30 year old son has already stepped in to fight the current will and try to take control of our company. We just want to keep it going and keep our jobs for now. Guess the court system will decide who our new owner is?

We could all work for her....no one will stick around and work for junior.

If not, is there anyone there that can?

Assuming the widow and junior both can't run things; just lay it on the line for the both of them. If they want the company to stay afloat, let someone else run the show. Or even sell it.
Or they could drive it into the ground, lose their talent to other companies, and wind up losing their asses and selling it at a fraction of what it was worth.
