How to handle company trying to get out of warranty repairs

if you paid him 5,000, he likely only had 1,500 into it. maybe less.

he knows just enough to make it work from cobbled parts (this is not HP you are dealing with), and he hopes it works long enough that whatever time period he told you passes.

and likely, he will be out of business if you tried to serve him with papers in some manner.

"oh, that company went broke, you can check the Sec of State of CA to confirm that. but me and my partner have a new business we are starting up...that does the same thing, only better!"

wash, rinse, repeat.

you take your profits out of the company, the company goes out of existence, and a new one pops up every 6 months or so. judgement proof.

this was also a side business we wanted to do so we didn't have to rely on the bernie bros that were printing our other shirts. Everything started off good until the machine just started having glitches and other problems before this major failure.

So, I'm guessing you don't know the entire history of why I did what i did. And again... **** off asshole and eat a bag of dicks. Create another handle and go back to CF.
