Had not considered these cars, but drove my friends V6 version. Anyone have and experience and thoughts on these cars?

Yep. Drove one for two years…a 2016 F-Type S. Fantastic car. Fast, handles well, and basically sex on wheels. Probably one of the best looking cars I’ve ever owned (and I’ve owned a few). The V6 has plenty of power and a great sound too. Letting off the gas and hearing the exhaust pop and crackle the way it does is intoxicating. The only minor criticism I have is that the cabin is just a little tight for long trips. I took it up to Arkansas which is 5 hours from me to visit my kid at college and there were times I wished for a bit more room, but not much. Never a single issue with it either. The upside was that at least one of my son’s gal pals asked him if she could have my number.
 I’m going to replace my Mercedes in March and going back to an F-Type (along with a newer Vette or an E-Class AMG) is definitely a consideration. You’d be very happy with an S or a model called the 400. |

That’s for the info Iron Chef. Every thing I see and read say that are amazing cars and a used one is a great value. Would definitely get a certified use one for the extra year warranty.
