I heard him saying he was doing "Navigational training".
Looks like he left the Vancouver area and came all the way down here.
Surprised he didn't just head north towards the Johnstone Strait.
That area would be a little more challenging.

The stock photo doesn't do it justice as far as the color.
It's a very light green and doesn't seem to blend as well with the surroundings as "battleship grey".
