I spent a LOT of time up at the crater at various buildings up there and always hated getting stuck behind a bunch of fat ass tourists on their rented bikes. As I said, I lived in Pukalani (Akalani Loop, off the golf course) and could easily make it up the mountain in 20 minutes. Get stuck behind the bikes? MAYBE make it down in 40....

My shop was in Kahului (Hukilike St), just off Dairy Road. Good times!

I remember one dude pulled an E.T. and cruised off the Crater road into Hosmer's Grove, I think. He lost his traction and ended up in traction in Maui Memorial.
I bet you spent a lot of money in NAPA Kahului Store.

Lived about 20 miles from Hershey PA for many years. Grew up just slightly further away but still close. As a child I liked their candy but after having real chocolate, I couldn’t stomach their stuff anymore

Just found this picture of an old friend, "Cuzin Coco". He was a cruise leader. Heck, maybe you even knew him. He was crazy as hell!
