It doesn't meet the definition of projection in the least.

Those little white dogs are mindless robots. They keep the puppy mills churning. All because people are too selfish, lazy and undisciplined to be able to walk into their local pound, find a dog who's owner was a selfish, lazy and undisciplined POS, and spend a few weeks re-training the dog.

So puppy mill owners get rich, and decent dogs get killed.

I am against puppy or kitten or any other 'mill'. I agree with rescue pets....all of mine have been, since 1965.

What if someone doesn't want a pitbull? It seems like they make up the vast majority of dogs in the pound.

There's plenty of other dogs besides pits in the pounds. My last one was at least 7 different terrier breeds, along with others that the $100 DNA testing couldn't decipher. Twenty one pounds of muscle, loyalty and brains.

I don't disagree, but the shelters sure seem to push them. However, there's no need for you to get on your high horse and condemn anyone who doesn't go to the shelter to get a dog.
