No, what I said was maybe it wasn't a good idea to aggravate the judge and jury which he did with all his snide comments and walking out on a couple of occasions. Maybe it wasn't a good idea for his attorney to ask for a three day delay because she was exposed to COVID and had a fever just to have some Trump enthusiast out her at a Trump victory party the next night. Again, more poor judgement and may well have added to the punitive part of the judgement. The video of this poor guy getting kicked out of the party after someone realized he posted that picture was priceless.

Bill, this wasn't about rape or harassment. This was about defamation and Trump clearly defamed her on the night of the first verdict. She may be everything you describe but that's not what today was about.

Trump should have appealed the first verdict and fought it in court using everything you bring up, all fair game. He should not have done what he did to get sued again, two different things.

He does not use very good judgement sometimes for such a stable genius.
