Multiple successful hits to a moving vehicle from a moving vehicle including disabling the fugitive operator.

Until a innocent bystander was hit and they sued. I loved watching that, but seems a bit irresponsible to fire down on a car so close to houses and other cars.

Well, all things considered I suppose..But a mini gun with tracer rounds would've ended it a lot sooner.
