Sounds like you need to talk to your wife about what makes a happy dog (hint: it isn't coddling.) dogs thrive on leadership, discipline and service to their owners. You can and should be kind to the dog. But remember, the dog is not a child. It is inherently tough - physically and mentally. If you don't lead, your dog will. |

its been 4 years with the dog, yea hes a a-hole , but we are getting along , i really like that he greets me when i come in through the door
