Kevin, see, even parts searching brings up questions. 😵*💫🤐
A positive note; looks as though he has rebuilt the clusters (partially at least). Still some parts not completed but not sure what is/is not complete (like everything else). So will research that today. Trying to confirm what all is missing on this cluster. The larger clusters appear to be completed, this cluster is incomplete and need to locate fasteners etc. Not sure if the plastic can be polished to get out swirl marks or just order aftermarket replacement. Those are the DAYS - (rabbit holes) of my life. |

There are two kinds of EFI; multiport and throttle body. Multiport is way more expensive and involved than throttle body when you're replacing a carb on an older car. This system replaces the carb so you could use the same air cleaner and cover. I can't think of any reason you'd have to drop the gas tank. It comes with an inline electric fuel pump you'd have to plumb in near the tank and run the wires to, but that's not a big deal. With the air cleaner on you'd have to look hard to determine it's EFI and not a carb. |

God I miss the days of simple instrument panels, before circuit boards of any type.
The plastic may be able to be polished out, maybe not. Don't get rid of any original parts they may be of value to someone even if damaged. |

I think the Speedo/tach done?

So many parts gone. Was intact original car before going to NC sans a few small parts and muffler guy “lost” the original hangers. |

One of the electrical gurus Richard (makes the electrical actuator conversions) said this:
Looks like he converted the amp gauge to a volt meter- good thing. You will have a 2 connector black and black/white wires you will not use. |

In that first pic, I don't recognize those diodes. They weren't in when mine came apart. Now you've got me wondering what I effed up.
I stand corrected on the in-tank fuel pump. |

About the only thing I can do well besides mixing bondo and sandblasting parts;
Got the dyna/killmat all installed and topped “hot” areas with a second layer of insulation material. 3 roles of metal tape. Actually enjoy this kind of work. May have to trim some areas if it affects fitment of carpet/console but pleased with result. Also got most of the wires labeled with my handy-dandy Dynamo LabelMaker. |

Any guesses what’s going down with this? 😜👱*♀️

You’re a girl???🤣🤣🤣 wtf
Reverse light lens? Removed when the rear lower valance was filled. I think you said DUB covered the tailpipe cutouts and glassed all that in. Hopefully he saved the tailpipe bezel and didn’t sell them (68/9 only part). Reverse lights were probably removed. Was surprised to find that reverse lights are not an inspection item. |

I’m the one in the picture (bikini) with the Mexicali cop. lol It was still dangling on the back wiring harness. Thought I heard they were glass lenses but this is definitely plastic. I have my original tailpipe bezels. They never went to NC. |

Got the wiper asm partially installed. Found out we are missing the mounting bolt.
Then dropped a part down the drain tube, yes we had it blocked with a towel, not good enough apparently. Any secrets to how to retrieve something from that? 🤭🫣 |
