Am I being petty?

My neighborhood is a mix of 1, 2, and 3 car garage homes with narrow streets. My neighbor 2 doors down has a 1 car garage home that he keeps in immaculate condition. I mean lawn and everything including the vehicles out front always on point. He does this at the expense of his neighbors IMO. He parked one of his cars in front of my house while leaving the area in front of his house clutter free one day last week, so the minute I came home and saw it, I turned on my lawn irrigation system and doused his car with reclaimed water. The next morning he was washing his car when my wife left the house. She thinks I overreact, but I say **** that guy. He did this shit years ago with the same response by me, and it lasted the same amount of time. (about a day)

To be specific, he did it with regularity years ago until I had the sprinklers spray halfway across the street and turned them on every time one of his cars was in front of my house. This stopped until last week until he started doing it again. After the 2nd time, I resumed with the passive aggressive behavior.

Untreated runoff water that is not suitable for drinking. It is used for lawn irrigation in Florida. It is high in calcium and is known for hard to remove water spots.

I'm right there with you. My home is my sanctuary. I am forced to share the roads, share a workspace, share when dining, share when drinking out somewhere. Everything is about shared spaces and interaction. Give me space at home.

Since he had a habit of doing ot before then no, although I'd given him one day a year myself. The beat up hooptie parked in front of his house leaking oil is always the best plan however.
