Burgers: They're what's for dinner...

Try these:

1 lb. hamburger or ground turkey

1 slice of crumbled bread

1 lightly beaten egg

I tbsp Canned jalapeno juice

Mix together well and grill.

For the topping:

1/2 cup diced red onion

2 cloves of minced garlic

2 ears of fresh corn kernels

Fry these in a little olive oil until the corn is lightly browned

Dice one avocado

Add the juice of one lime to the avocado

Mix the fried red onion, fried garlic, and fried corn into the avocado mix

Serve topping on burgers (plus whatever other topping you like such as jalapenos, salsa, etc.) with Tostito chips and salsa con queso for dipping as a side dish

Sounds a lot like a Meatball recipe. Leave out the bread and the egg and I am all for it.

Some finely diced green olives mixed in works great too. No need to use salt.
