How is the supporting town near there ? Lots of hotels or is this in the middle of BF like most tracks ?

Oak Ridge has a lot of hotels due to all the research that goes on there. The potential track site is about 9 miles from Oak Ridge and 7 miles from I-40.

Knoxville is just up the road too. Plenty of hotels, restaurants, etc.

When I bought my vette in 2003 I was told a track was opening in 2 years up north.

I joined in 2004. They finally opened in 2017. All the nimby assholes did all they could to delay.

We moved to Florida in 2015.

That works. I hold my breath with all the new tracks that have been built the past few years. With a roaring economy and lots of disposable income floating around, it's awesome. When the contraction comes, it will be difficult to survive.
