Everything is nuts now.

Mrs Flex paid almost $13/lb for ground beef yesterday.

Our grocery bill has skyrocketed to about $500/week for 4 adults. Craziness.

1 lb of 93% ground beef, $5.47 at Wally World in Porter Ranch on Wednesday morning.

New York Strip, $11.99 lb at Ralph's, ~an hour ago, in Sherman Oaks. The price is higher than normal since I usually get a steak, Ribeye or NY, or three for $6 or $7 on sale.

Yea but that's like 2.50/lb merican money....

3 lbs burger(the cheap shit) is almost 20 bucks here now.
My grocery bills are up 15% since all this started.

I can't remember the price of the last pound of ground beef I purchased was but I am certain it was expensive. I live in coastal Georgia and the meat was packed by The American BBQ Company.... in CALIFORNIA.

Be sure to hill them. Done that plenty of times in my life. Potatoes are great! Fried, baked, mashed, etc..never tire of them. During the civil war sweet potatoes were about the only food source for civilians while the majority of men were away, dead, etc...
