First Car I rode in had to be my folks 53 Buick ... but it did not have AC. They traded it for a grey 60 Buick LeSabre that one DID have AC. I don't recall if any of my friends parents had cars with AC prior to that.

We never had a car with AC until a 70 Chevelle wagon. Wish I still had that tank.

Probably my Mom and Dad's 1968 Lincoln Continental. Man, that car was something else.

This thread sure has flushed out the people who respond to a thread without reading anything but the thread title.

OOPS! You're right!

Well, the windows never closed on that 34 Pontiac coupe. Dad said
they always had trouble closing them.

Can that qualify as 1945 air conditioning?

This was the first car my parents bought new. It was maroon 2 door with maroon interior. I think it has 70k-80k on it now. It has sat for a few years. None of us has had the extra money to get it running again.
