There is a single word that all of this will boil down to and it will allow the entire thing to disappear for Biden and escalate with Trump.

INTENT

The entire approach will be based on what the intent was. Trump intended to do harm with documents in his possession, and Biden innocently was unaware of the documents in his possession. When he became aware, he cooperated fully and therefore a raid was not required.

Wait and see.

How do you know Biden did not intend to use the documents for personal or family profit? From what's I've seen they were about China, Ukraine and Iran.

Got it.


From my understanding if handling of confidential documents the intent is not an issue, no matter what that numbers FBI sell out said.

Having known a JAG investigator who helped convict a number of stupid people who ,without intent, compromised confidential documents I feel its about the handling and processing.

Biden obviously broke that law. Not sure about Trump since he held the documents that the government knew he had correctly.
