How Much Would Make a Difference?
how much $$$ would make a difference in your life?
not the maximum amount (we'd all post a billion as a answer), but the lower end of the scale? for me, about $30,000 would make a difference. that would cover my end of all my pending medical bills and leave a little extra for a new iMac, and maybe a new gun or something nice for Mrs. DAB. i'm hoping for very good news the week of the 17th: hoping for a job offer which would allow me to earn that kind of money over the course of next year.

Interestingly enough, that same $30k would do it for me as well. Pay off all my debt except my mortgage and allow me to find a better job.
Not a higher paying job...a better job. As it's going, I'll be able to do that in about three years regardless. Wishing the best for you. |

No debt to pay off, but it would allow me to put a down payment on a shop with some store front, and fully equip it. Short term...20 bucks would be enough that id alter my plans for the weekend. 1500 bucks, would change my month. |

Actually I'm quite content, have eveything I need. Invested wisely over the years, have no bills, family and myself have no big life threatening health issues, of course if anyone wants to drop some bucks on me, wouldn't hurt my feelings.
