Yeah. Someone walking their dog trips on that rock and breaks an ankle...
He'll know whats up real quick.

Dewey, Cheatum and Howe, will go after the county. And the county attorney will have a nice little conversation with the engineer about his placing a dangerous obstruction within the county road ROW.

Oh look, it's dark out and I can barely see the entrance to the driveway I need to turn around in. I still say you're asking or trouble. Don't be surprised if it finds you and don't say you weren't warned.

The right fix would have been to pave it with cement instead of an asphalt patch that's going to wear out in a few years regardless of how much traffic it gets. But then you probably knew that eh?

The first driver in a sedan to take out their oil pan because of a rock placed in the ROW will not only leave a massive pool of oil at the edge of the driveway followed by a oil trail for blocks, but be suing for damages.

Ya might want to think that one through.
