The only case I think has merit is the documents case, mainly because he lied to the FBI and took steps to obstruct justice. This first case should at most be a misdemeanor and is greatly exaggerated as are parts of the January 6th indictment and the GA election interference. The problem with this first case is that two people from Trump world have already been found guilty and given jail sentences for this crime.

To be clear, do I think it's completely fair? No. Do I think Trump brought this on himself? Yes. Had he come in, done his job and not set out to alienate his enemies things would probably be different.

Even if you have decided it is fair in your mind, does TRUMP stand a chance in a courtroom in a blue state, with a dem judge, a dem prosecutor and a dem jury.

Lastly, do you have no issues with the processes and procedures of the JAN 6th committee, and also of those who were chosen to sit on the committee.

Probably an over reach, I don't think this case holds water unless they prove his involvement/knowledge of the fake elector scam
