If I had that kind of money to spend on a home I wouldn't buy that. I would rather buy a nice 3000sq ft ranch with about 5 acres and a big garage to put cars in that I would buy like a 57 Chevy. 67,68,and 69 Camaros (SS and Z/28) 63 vette, 67 427 vette 68 L88 427 vette C5 Z06 C6 ZR1 C7ZR1 and a C8.

It does say it has an underground garage that holds 40 vehicles.

No you wouldn't. Because you've never been wealthy. You'd don't have the mindset of being very wealthy. The wealthy man has rare Ferrari's and Duesenberg and other rare Automobiles not corvettes unless maybe a 67 L-88. You can't even pick the right L-88. A wealthy man thinks big you think small. A Multi-Millionaire wouldn't have fricken C-5, C6, or any other Corvette.

Candy Spelling, a while back, down sized. She went from a sold price of $85M to a $35M penthouse. Her move was delayed due to wanting a pool on top of the building. We all now we just can't move until there's a pool topside.

No matter how wealthy I would be I would buy the kind of cars I like not one that show I am rich. And just like the 67 L-88 Vette the 68 L-88 Vette is a rare and great car. And I wouldn't care what other rich people have.

a dude with a few million isn't likely trading in duesenbergs and Ferraris. you are describing some more with an 8 or nine figure net worth. plenty of dudes with a seven figure net drive corvettes.

Having a 150 million dollar house is having more than a few million. If he can afford that house he probably has another 150 million in the bank. And NO C5's C6's or C7's. He probably has a Bugatti Veyron, Rolls-Royce Phantom, Porsche 550 spider, 84 C4 with the Doug Nash two-tone silver, or most likely a Murrat as his driver.
